NEIS Connector
onischool NEIS Connector for Chrome
A companion extension for the OniClass and OniRecord Windows apps. When a teacher asks one of those apps to apply attendance or student-record entries, the extension finds the matching students on the teacher's own logged-in NEIS page and enters and saves the requested values. It does nothing on its own.
What you need
- A Windows app. Install OniClass for attendance or OniRecord for student records. The extension only carries out jobs the app sends.
- Chrome 120 or later with this extension added.
- Connect the app. The app registers its connection when it is installed. If the popup asks for ID registration, copy the ID from the popup into the app's NEIS connection settings.
- Log in to NEIS yourself at your education office's NEIS site and keep only one NEIS tab open. The extension never enters passwords or certificates.
- Run the job from the app. Keep your hands off the NEIS page until the app reports that the job is finished.
Supported sites: the teacher NEIS of all 17 provincial education offices (<code>.neis.go.kr: sen, pen, dge, ice, gen, dje, use, sje, goe, gwe, cbe, cne, jbe, jne, gbe, gne, jje). Real-school use has been confirmed on Chungbuk NEIS (cbe); the other regions run the same NEIS screens but have not yet been checked in a school. This is not an official extension of the Ministry of Education, any education office, or the NEIS operator.
What the extension can access
